If an item is in stock you will receive your order within 24 hours of ordering. However some orders may take longer to process and therefore may take up to 48 hours. Shipping is Monday to Friday excluding holidays. If an item is temporarily out of stock you will be contacted and notified of this. If there is a lead time on your order you will have the option of a refund or you are welcome to wait on your order. We will update you and keep you posted on any outstanding orders.
We use DHL Europlus Express to process our shipping.

Please note that delivery dates can’t be guaranteed and may be disrupted due transportation interruptions or services provided by our payment carriers or your bank or credit card.
All prices are quoted in Euro and your credit card company will calculate any exchange rate automatically.
We would also like to inform you that Christmas time is our bussiest period and we will do everything to ensure your order is processed and delivered in time. To avoid disappointment we would ask that you allow yourself an extra few days on orders for special occasions. We cannot guarantee delivery. Returns
If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason we offer 2 methods of returning and exchanging items purchased on our on-line store.
First of all you need to post back the item at your own cost by an insured shipping method to
Peoba, Mulholland Avenue, Dundalk, Co.Louth, Ireland. Peoba is not responsible for customer returns that are not received. You must return the item with your delivery docket along with its original packaging with your reasons for the return within 7 working days of receipt of the goods. Items that have been customised through our Interior design service or amounts of fabric are non-refundable. We can then refund you back to the original method of payment. If you have paid with credit card your credit will post to your account in approximately 2 days after the date of processing. If you have paid using a gift card, a new gift card with the credited amount will be issued and sent to your address. The value of returns, exchanges and refunds is the value at the time of purchase.
